September 2022 Community Newsletter
Pool Closure
This is the last weekend to enjoy the pools. We’ll be shutting them down on Monday, September 26th in order to begin preparing them for winterization. Thank you for a great swimming season.
Irrigation Shut Down
Water is expected to shut off on October 15th. Please be sure to put down your final treatments, and don’t forget to winterize your systems after it’s shut down.
Lighting Additions
Adding decorative lighting to your property, whether on your home or in the yard DOES need approval in advance. There are guidelines regarding not unduly illuminating neighboring properties, and not operating lights at late hours for neighboring owners. Lights should not be hung in the open air, along fencing, or through landscaping without approval and consideration of the above noted guidelines.
Golf Carts
Please use caution when driving golf carts in the community. These should not be driven on the common area pathways or sidewalks.
