November 2021 Community Newsletter
Happy Thanksgiving
We wish you a most wonderful Thanksgiving, and hope you can share it with all your friends and family! Our offices will be closed November 25th and 26th in celebration of the holiday.
Community Social
Come out and meet the neighbors! Some volunteers in the community have coordinated for Off the Grid Pizza (Food Truck) to come out to the Pavilion (shelter next to the pool) on Wednesday, November 10th from 5-7pm. Skip making dinner and come out and buy from a local food truck all while getting to know others in the community.
Holiday Decorations
Please remember that holiday lights and decorations should go out no earlier than 30 days prior to the holiday in which they are intended and should be removed within 30 days following the holiday.
Motorized Vehicles
Please keep ATVs, dirt bikes, golf carts, side by sides, and other motorized vehicles out of the common areas. Please make sure to know the rules of the road when using these items and abide by all driving regulations.
Speeding
We have a lot more families and kids moving into the area, and there seems to be a lot of speeding going on in the neighborhood. While some may be contractors, it’s also a lot of residents. Please be aware of your speed and take a second to slow it down.
Daylight Savings
With the arrival of Fall, our evenings are starting to get darker earlier. Daylight Savings ends Sunday, November 7th. Be sure to adjust your clocks, but also make sure that your outside lights are working. These lights are needed as children head to and from school, as neighbors walk pets, and are integral part in deterring crime. Help keep the neighborhood safe by keeping your exterior lights in good working order.
