Parade of Homes – Tickets Required

The Parade of Homes is running from May 7 – 22. We have 3 parade homes in our community. In order to attend, each attendee will need a ticket. Children 10 and younger do not need a ticket. Your ticket can be printed or a screenshot on your phone. Each home will have a scanner, and tickets are not sold at the door. Tickets are free online. Go to boiseparadeofhomes.com, answer questions, click “choose tickets,” click “register,” click “view ticket,” and then screenshot or save to show at each door. We hope to see you around the community!

Community Event

Some wonderful volunteers are planning a fun event to kick of summer, on Saturday, June 4th, in the common area by the 1st pool house. Off the Grid-L (burgers) food truck will be there along with Slay to the Snow (snow cones) for residents to purchase. There will also be live music and possibly a bounce house or water slide. We hope to see you there!

Pet Etiquette

All pets should be leashed when not on your own property and cleaned up after. Be sure to take your waste bags with you and use your own garbage can to dispose of them. Please help us keep our community safe and clean for everyone!

Speeding

Our beautiful community is growing, and we have a lot of active neighbors who walk, jog, ride, and play within the community. Please take a second to slow down and be on the lookout for pedestrians, so we don’t have any tragic accidents. We all greatly appreciate it!
