March 2025 Community Newsletter
2025 Irrigation Season
New Dry Creek Ditch will begin releasing water into canals on April 1st. Delivery of irrigation water to residents is anticipated the week of April 15th. An email notification when the water is on will be sent out.
Spring Lawn Tip
Spring is the optimal time to apply a pre-emergent herbicide to your lawn. This proactive measure prevents weeds from germinating for a weed-free lawn and ensures a healthier, more vibrant turf throughout the growing season.
Food Trucks
Please do not park on both sides of the street when we have food trucks visiting. It makes it hard for cars to pass through, and there’s a danger for residents crossing the road as the cars block drivers from seeing them until it’s too late.
Pet Reminders
Dogs and cats alike should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces clean for everyone.
Construction Traffic
The roads in our community are public roads and construction traffic is permitted to use any of the public roads to get to their construction sites next door to us. While we don’t control this, we are going to put up signs to try and get them to go other routes and not through our community.
Assessments
Quarterly assessments have been sent out. If you are behind, know that monthly late fees of $25 are being assessed, and accounts will be turned over to collections for those that continue to be behind.
