Annual Meeting

You are hereby invited to attend the Homestead Owners Association, Inc. community annual meeting, to be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 6:00pm -7:00 pm, via Zoom. To join the meeting, please email Ann Marie.

To maintain adequate records of who joined us at the meeting, please be sure to include your name when you join so it shows in the list of attendees.

Home Improvements

If you are considering making any improvements to the outside of your home or in the front or backyard, please be sure to get approval in advance by submitting your ACC Request online at: https://fs9.formsite.com/Cnkk7M/yorzqtage7/index.html. You may view the ACC Guidelines online at: https://www.homesteadeagle.com/homeowner-info/ for any questions on the rules to consider when putting in a shed or adding landscaping or play structures.
