January 2022 Community Newsletter
Community Social
If you enjoyed the recent community pizza nights, you’re in luck because there’s another planned for January 25th, from 5-7pm near the first pool. Events like this are great for the community. If anyone would like to make other events like this happen, please reach out to Ann Marie at hoa@brightoncorp.com.
Assessments
Dues statements have been sent out and are due no later than January 31st. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact us prior to the above date, and email is preferred.
Vandalism
We’ve received reports about kids throwing rocks at homes, playing in the construction areas, and antagonizing neighborhood pets. While some may see this as harmless, it’s really not and can cause expensive damage or even injury. Please make sure your family understands that this is not appropriate behavior.
Frozen Ponds
While our community pond tends to drain during winter, there are other ponds around us that do not. Those neighboring communities have reached out asking us to remind our residents that the ice on ponds can be very dangerous and to stay off.
