Happy Holidays!
We wish you the most wonderful holiday with family and friends. The Brighton offices will be closed on the following dates:
Christmas – Tuesday, December 24, and Wednesday, December 25th
New Years – Wednesday, January 1st
2025 Dues
The first of the 2025 quarterly statements are printing and going out in the mail now. This first quarter is due in January, late after the 31st. Please reach out if you need to make payments prior to the 31st, in order to avoid late fees.
Fine Policy Update
The fine policy has been updated. You can view it online.
Snow Removal
Snow is coming… Make sure you do not push snow from your sidewalks and driveways into the streets. Snow should go on your lawns, and if you are near a street drain or fire hydrant, please be sure to keep it clear.
Dog Reminders
Dogs, cats and animals alike should be leashed when not on your own property. Please also clean up after them. No one wants to clean up poop, but it’s the responsibility you take on when owning a pet. Just do it. We greatly appreciate it!
